Interpreter Confidentiality Agreements (NDA)
Interpreters execute a written confidentiality agreement before receiving assignments, supporting the confidentiality obligations we owe our clients.
Security & Compliance
Our operational framework emphasizes confidentiality, interpreter ethics, quality assurance, workforce screening, and adherence to applicable client requirements.

Language Group Provider LLC maintains documented operational standards for engagements with healthcare, government, legal, insurance, and enterprise clients. Those standards include written confidentiality agreements, annual HIPAA awareness training for personnel assigned to engagements involving protected health information, annual Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) training where applicable, interpreter credential verification, quality assurance monitoring, secure workforce management processes, and administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Where an engagement involves protected health information, Language Group Provider LLC acts solely as a business associate or service provider and executes a Business Associate Agreement with the client before services begin. Specific obligations, safeguards, and reporting requirements are defined in that agreement and in the applicable services agreement.
We describe the practices we operate under rather than displaying certification seals. Language Group Provider LLC does not currently hold ISO, SOC 2, CCHI, NBCMI, or similar third-party accreditations. Nothing on this page states or implies that the company, its website, or its technology is independently certified, accredited, or endorsed by any government agency. No certification exists for HIPAA compliance under U.S. law, and we make no such claim.
